Only 2.5% of attorneys from each state are selected to receive the Rising Stars® designation for any given year, an honor reserved for those attorneys who exhibit excellence in practice. To be eligible for inclusion in the Rising Stars® list, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
