10th Law of Shale Plays Conference

Babst Calland joins the Institute for Energy Law and the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation (EMLF) at the 10th Law of Shale Plays Conference, September 4-5, 2019. The Law of Shale Plays Conference continues to bring together clients and legal professionals servicing all components of the energy industry for outstanding continuing legal education focused on issues affecting shale plays.
Attorney Robert Stonestreet will be a panelist for “I Sue You: The Current State of Energy Litigation in Appalachia.” This session will look at current litigation occurring in Appalachia, including novel legal issues impacting oil and gas development.
