Babst Calland joins the American Bar Association (ABA) for its 2025 Litigation Section Annual Conference, April 30-May 2, 2025. This Conference brings together top litigation professionals from across the U.S. to discuss timely legal issues and the latest in trial advocacy, litigation strategy, and case management.
Litigation Attorney Joseph Schaeffer will serve as the moderator for the session “Using Artificial Intelligence in Discovery & Motion Practice.” This panel of e-Discovery litigators, experts, and a retired judge will discuss the potential opportunities and pitfalls of using artificial intelligence for research, drafting, and discovery, including ethical considerations.
