Municipal Attorney Morgan Madden will present a “Zoning and Code Enforcement Procedure Refresher” at the 2024 PAAZO Fall Seminar on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. This session will be a step-by-step guide on the procedures that must be followed in enforcing zoning and other municipal ordinances. This discussion will begin with a short reminder on what must be included in common types of notices of violation and the differences in procedure between zoning enforcement and enforcement under the UCC and IPMC.
