2024 PIOGATech: Pipeline Compliance

Pipeline Attorney Keith Coyle will serve as a speaker during the PIOGATech: Pipeline Compliance Technical Seminar on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. This course will cover:
- Leak detection;
- Emission reduction initiatives;
- What’s on the horizon with PHMSA rule making;
- An introduction to PHMSA regulations/requirements, both state and federal;
- Pipeline operator requirements;
- Contractor requirements;
- Operator Qualification (OQ) training and evaluations; and
- Veriforce and similar OQ databases, and tasks that require OQ training and evaluations.
