Babst Calland joins The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (FRNEL) for its 69th Annual Natural Resources and Energy Law Institute, July 20-22, 2023. Attorney Blaine Lucas will present “NIMBY Déjà Vu – Local Government Roadblocks to the Energy Transition.”

The Institute this year features more than 60 speakers from academia, industry, private practice, government, and other organizations. It opens with a General Session on Thursday morning, followed by separate sections on Oil & Gas and Landman’s Issues, Renewable Energy and Electricity, Mining, Public Lands and Indian Law, Environmental Law, International Law, Water Law, and Corporate Counsel Issues.
