9th Law of Shale Plays Conference

Babst Calland joins the Institute for Energy Law and the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation (EMLF) at the 9th Law of Shale Plays Conference, September 5-6, 2018. The Law of Shale Plays Conference continues to bring together clients and legal professionals servicing all components of the energy industry for outstanding continuing legal education focused on issues affecting shale plays. The conference will provide timely legal updates on important litigation, transactional and regulatory issues being experienced and addressed by energy attorneys.
Attorney Katrina Bowers will be a panelist for “Litigation Update for the Shale Plays.” This panel will discuss how the oil and gas industry’s rapid growth over the past decade has required courts across the United States to consistently address novel legal issues impacting oil and gas development.
