A Special Regulatory & Technical Oil & Gas Training Seminar
A free collaborative and timely training seminar featuring a panel of legal and technical advisors who will address upcoming revisions to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s Chapter 78 regulations. Topics will include the most substantial changes affecting conventional and unconventional operations, such as: a new public resource process, the “area of review” for abandoned and orphaned wells, water replacement standards, pits/impoundments/waste handling, spill remediation, and site restoration.
