ACBA Association of Municipal and School Solicitors Meeting

Donald C. Bluedorn II and Kathy K. Condo, shareholders at Babst Calland, will give a presentation at the monthly meeting of the Association of Municipal and School Solicitors Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association on October 20, 2016, entitled What’s Going on with Our Drinking Water? The presentation will address recent water contamination headlines, provide an overview of the existing regulatory program, review third party suit issues, and offer practical tips for municipalities, school districts and water suppliers.
