Topics include recent developments in the following areas: the use of non-compete agreements to keep key employees, employment and labor law issues (including Davis-Bacon Act issues), mechanics’ liens (including the DGS State Construction Notices Directory), construction payment acts, and Bilt-Rite claims against design professionals.
