Babst Calland’s Marc Felezzola, Kurt Fernsler, Matt Jameson, Molly Meacham, Esther Mignanelli, Jim Miller and Rich Saxe will present a free seminar addressing 2017 Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia legislation and case law developments regarding construction law.

Topics include recent developments in the following areas: revisions to the AIA contract documents, recent mechanics’ liens cases, proposed amendments to the Contractor and Subcontractor Payment Act, piercing the corporate veil, employment and labor law issues impacting the construction industry, and the legal impact of the recently proposed steel tariffs.
