Babst Calland joins the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation (EMLF) for its 43rd Annual Institute, June 12-14, 2022.
Attorneys Katrina Bowers and Josh Snyder will present a “Litigation/Energy Law Update.” From cases challenging royalty payments to title disputes, courts have rendered a variety of decisions over the past year impacting the energy industry. This session will cover updates in energy-related litigation over the past year in the various oil and gas producing states.
