Babst Calland joins the Allegheny County Bar Association’s (ACBA) Environment and Energy Law Section for “Getting the Lights On” on Wednesday, May 22, 2019.  The windstorm that swept through the Pittsburgh region this past February caused Duquesne Light Company’s biggest power outage in some 20 years. Yet – thanks to round-the-clock work by Duquesne Light Company crews – the power was rapidly resorted. You can hear the story of that response effort – and help area law students earn scholarships – at this one-of-a-kind event, held at the DLC Woods Run Operations Center on Pittsburgh’s North Side.
