Attorney Kevin K. Douglass will be presenting on “The Rise of NGO Litigation in Response to the Trump Presidency.” As the Trump administration acts to roll back the Obama environmental legacy through executive orders and other initiatives, various non-governmental organizations have sought to challenge and stall those efforts. This presentation will identify and analyze the status of recently filed cases by NGOs and their potential impact on the regulatory landscape, including cases currently filed in federal courts.
