Babst Calland joins the Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association (PACA) on Monday, November 13, 2024 for its Annual Meeting.

Attorney Kevin Garber will lead a breakout session covering an update on case law since the 2022 Annual Meeting that could impact PACA members. He will also offer his insights on the Interim Final Environmental Justice Policy and what that means for the industry.

Attorney Betsy Dupuis, who is the current solicitor for Centre County, will lead a breakout session on municipal ordinance developments of interest to PACA members.
