On Thursday, January 13, 2022, Pipeline Attorney Keith Coyle will present a webinar on the “PHMSA Gas Gathering Rule” for the Ohio Oil and Gas Association (OOGA). On November 15, 2021, the Pipeline Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) issued a final rule for onshore gas gathering lines. The final rule, which represents the culmination of a decade-long rulemaking process, establishes new safety standards and reporting requirements for historically exempt gas gathering lines in rural areas.
