Pipeline & HazMat Safety Attorney Keith Coyle will present “Pipeline Safety in a Nutshell” to the Pennsylvania Bar Association during its Environmental and Energy Law Committee’s Lunch and Learn on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. This presentation will cover the critical features of the Pipeline Safety Act, including the roles and responsibilities of PHMSA and its state partners, the effect of the statute’s federal preemption provision and the process for prescribing new pipeline safety standards.
