Lucy Wiesner is an associate in the Litigation Group of Babst Calland. Ms. Wiesner has a broad range of experience representing corporate clients in commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, and energy and natural resources litigation.

Background

Prior to joining Babst Calland, Ms. Wiesner served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard A. Lloret in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Immediately following law school, Ms. Wiesner worked as an associate at a Delaware law firm where she practiced corporate litigation.

Ms. Wiesner graduated magna cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2021, where she was a staff editor of the Temple Law Review. During her third year of law school, Ms. Wiesner served as a Law Student Clerk to the Honorable Chad F. Kenney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017, earning a B.S. in Economics and minoring in Political Science.
