AGA 2017 Legal Forum

Join us at the American Gas Association (AGA) Legal Forum, July 9-10, 2017. The forum is an intensive two-day conference that gives participants the unique opportunity for peer to peer discussions of gas industry issues with other member company general counsel and senior attorneys. The Fortieth Annual Legal Forum will focus on the impact of the changes taking place in the industry and the legal challenges facing you and your clients. The Forum will feature presentations and panel discussions on topics of vital interest to natural gas industry attorneys.
Attorney Keith Coyle will be speaking on regulatory enforcement & citizen suits in the new administration. This presentation will discuss the citizen suit provisions and related litigation risks under the key federal environmental and safety laws, i.e., the Clean Water Act/Clean Air Act and Pipeline Safety Act.
