In her recent article In Memoriam: The Modern Administrative State (1984-2024) with Joseph Shaeffer, Jessica Deyoe gives her analysis of the United States Supreme Court’s overruling of Chevron U.S.A. Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc.
