PIOGA Press Monthly Article Authored by Falaschi Buchman, Kasznica and Bagdasarova

In their recent article Climate-Related Disclosures for Federal Suppliers Disclosed in the PIOGA Press, Gina Falaschi Buchman, Justine Kasznica and Susanna Bagdasarova discuss the proposed Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rule published by  the Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The rule would require certain federal suppliers to annually disclose their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and climate-related financial risks, as well as set GHG emissions reduction targets, on an annual basis.
